A family food business that started from a farmyard kitchen in 2002. Uses only the best ingredients. The rich and creamy texture is achieved from using sunflower oil and free-range eggs. We don't extend the product with water and thickeners and there are no artificial flavours. The mayonnaise is thickened naturally with egg yolk.

This dressing has the tang of fresh lemon juice and white wine vinegar together with fresh garlic, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil and polyunsaturated sunflower oil. It is low in sugar.
