About Chilli Willies
Chilli Willies was established 2001 by Ian Parker. Originally he sold snow cones at the local market and with winter approaching he added hot dogs to the menu. He added the sauce to give them a bit of a kick. Not selling a large amount of hot dogs he started selling the sauces through local butchers and fruit shops. Although the demand for the sauces has become large he still keep it as a family business.
