Blue Kitchen is the next producer booked in for  Tasting Saturday. They are coming the 19th of November.

What we do is put the producer outside our shop in Yamba Street and people walking past can have a taste of the products as well as a chat to the producer. So please come around Saturday the 19th of November 11.00-1.30 and enjoy.

Blue Kitchen Gourmet Foods is a family business – 100% Australian owned. All products are made on the Far North Coast of New South Wales, contain no artificial flavours or preservatives, and are pesticide free. The entire range is vegan-friendly and gluten-free. The company sources only quality ingredients, most of which are certified organic, in keeping with their commitment to provide a better alternative to other chilli sauces, preserves, relishes, and curry pastes. Our Blue Kitchen favourite is their Harissa. We think it is the best harissa on the market and it sure helps that it’s locally made.  The harissa is a fiery North African-style paste with a unique blend of flavours.  It is ideal as a condiment or for marinating and cooking with red meats (esp. lamb), vegetables or seafood. An essential ingredient in Moroccan recipes. VERY hot!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They also make a sweet, medium or hot Chilli Sauce. Very hight chilli content and without all the nasty artificial ingredents you get in a supermarket style chilli sauce.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Their curry pastes are really good as well as their chutneys and conserves. But our best seller is the Preserved Lemons.
